Savings on Medical Bills is based on the amount charged by the provider before any applicable deductibles or co-pays.
We are often able to go back as far as three (3) years after service to the provider, often finding you thousands of dollars in savings.
Being a patient or caretaker is hard enough. We will communicate and work with you the way it is easiest for you. Don't worry if you don't have a printer or scanner....
Once you submit payment for the Initial Billing Examination, we will contact you by email with your Claims Packet. If you do not have a printer to print the Claims Packet, or a scanner to scan the notarized Billing Examination Agreement and bills you would like to have examined, not a problem. Let us know, and we will send you a Claim Packet via USPS with another pre-paid Priority envelope inside. Just complete the Claim Packet and include what bills you have and drop it in the mail. If you are able to print, but not scan documents, we will send you a pre-paid Priority return label. Just slip the return documents into a Flat Rate Priority envelope and mail. We'll take it from there.
When we receive original bills, we will organize and scan them and return a PDF copy to you so you have permanent record of those bills. However, if you would like the original bills returned, we are able to send them back to you for a $10 shipping and handling fee. Contact our office and we can take payment over the phone.
They are held until your review is completed and any revised bills are produced. Then they are shredded by a professional shredding service.
